KPMG Somekh Chaikin operates an advanced training
center (college), which aims to deliver lectures on various topics to a
broad spectrum of trainees. The college helps the firm’s clients and its
employees to keep up-to-date and maintain a high professional level, In
order to enable both parties to prepare high quality financial
statements. The lectures given at the college give an interdisciplinary
perspective and are adapted to trends and changes in the business,
enterprise, and technological environments. The lectures are available
through continuing professional training courses, seminars, and
individual lectures. Our team of lecturers includes both academics and
practical experts, who combine academic and applied aspects. Lectures
are adapted to the needs of those requesting the lecture, taking into

הרצאה במסגרת ה-KPMG College בנושא תהליך הסדרי החוב: היבטים חשבונאיים, מיסויים וכלכליים.
לאחרונה, חברות שנמצאות בקשיים פיננסיים, בוחנות דרך לביצוע הסדרי חוב על מנת להקל על הנטל הפיננסי של החברה ועל מנת להימנע מהמשך הידרדרות שעשוי להסתיים במצב של חדלות פירעון (Default).
ההרצאה תסקור היבטים שונים בתהליך הסדר החוב כגון:
תהליך ההכנה המוקדמת הנדרש טרם ביצוע ההסדר, מיפוי הסוגיות העיקריות בתהליך, נקודות המבט של בעלי העניין השונים בחברה, סוגיות הכרוכות בחיוב מס אפשרי כתוצאה ממחילת חובות או שינוי תנאי התחייבויות וכן היבטים חשבונאיים נלווים.
יש לציין כי ההרצאה תכלול דוגמאות פרקטיות (Case Studies) שאליהן נחשף משרדינו בליווי לקוחות שונים.
