Corporate Finance
KPMG Corporate Finance is the financial advisory
network of the global KPMG firm. The Israel branch of the network
operates as part of KPMG Somekh Chaikin. It includes 15 advisors with
extensive experience in providing financial advice for diverse
transactions, ranging from capital raising for diverse ventures to the
sale of some of Israel’s largest firms.

Valuations
Carrying out valuations in the context of transactions, including a
comparison of market prices and similar transactions carried out by
firms in the sector in Israel and overseas. Valuations are also
performed for tax purposes and feasibility studies.
Financing Projects
Accompanying entrepreneurs and agencies in all financial aspects of
tenders (with a focus on BOT/PFI methods); including construction of
models, formulation of documents needed for investors and lenders, and
assistance in the capital raising process; preparation of complex
financial models for various purposes; and assistance in capital raising
and debt processes for projects in Israel and overseas.
Business financing
Planning and improving the capital structure of firms through an
in-depth analysis of the existing financial structure and identifying
potential efficiency measures; and independent accompaniment and advice
in capital and debt issues (including securitization transactions),
while adapting the firm’s financial strategy to the full range of
possibilities in the financial markets.
Business plans
Assistance in writing and editing business plans for firms at various
stages, ranging from start-ups to large firms, for various needs, such
as capital raising, debt raising, and internal strategic needs.
